This is the first book of Animal’s that I read. I have been hooked ever since on his raunchy, witty style and the wealth of information he covers.

Like most of Marc’s early works, it is designed to teach young macho black belts the realities of being tough and getting into fights. And what you can do about those realities when they start to expand your experience.
